2-day THERMOPRESS 400 TRAINING

The training will focus on teaching the participants to work with Bio Dentaplast, Polyan IC and Bre.flex 2 thermoplastic materials. The course program will be organized taking into account the wishes of the participants.

Training fee: EUR 217.22. Advance registration is required, the number of participants is limited.

SCHEDULE

DAY 1

8:45 AM - 9:00 AM: registration;

9:00 AM - 10:30: theoretical part;

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: coffee break;

10:45 AM - 1:00 PM: frame modeling;

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: lunch break;

2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: frame modeling, casting canal placement;

3:30 PM - 6:00 PM: plastering of the cuvette.

DAY 2

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: opening the cuvette, removing residual wax, isolation;

11:00 AM - 11.30 AM: coffee break;

11:30 AM - 12 NOON: preparing the machine for work, introduction to the operation of the machine;

12 NOON - 1:00 PM: thermal pressing (casting);

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: frame processing, placement on the model, polishing;

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: discussion, award of certificates.

Optional course programs:

Option 1: fabrication of an individual removable partial denture using elastic bre.flex 2nd;

Option 2: fabrication of an individual removable full denture using Polyan IC;

Option 3: fabrication of upper and lower jaw arch (dental clasps) using Bio Dentaplast;
