Alexander (Alek) Aronin

Alexander (Alek) Aronin is a professional dental technician with 24 years of practical experience, currently employed as a staff instructor of the Japanese company Noritake for North America.

The book Collection of Ceramic Works by one of the best Japanese dental technicians Hitoshi Aoshima served as the greatest inspiration in his professional life and was the book that revolutionized his personal life. Alek read this book in 1996. From that moment onwards, not only did he discover new perspectives of working with ceramics, he also started to view the construction of teeth as a form of art that requires continuous improvement and dedication.

The need to constantly improve forced Alek to go beyond his regular work and to constantly look for new ways of learning. Among his teachers was the famous Japanese dental technician Aki Yoshidair, the founder of the Osaka Ceramic Training Center for dental technicians Sigeo Katoaka, as well as the legendary master and dental technician Mishel Magne. Moreover, as more than 10 years passed from the moment the book by Hitoshi Aoshima changed Alek’s approach to work, the author himself became his teacher.
